These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of allspraypowerwashing.com (the “Site”) and any services booked through it or with All Spray Power Washing Services LLC (“All Spray,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Our Services
All Spray provides residential, commercial, and agricultural exterior cleaning services throughout Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, Coralville, North Liberty, Tiffin, and surrounding Eastern Iowa areas, including power washing, soft washing, deck staining, hog confinement and tractor/equipment washing, and seasonal snow removal. Specific services, availability, and service areas are described on our service pages and may be updated from time to time.
Estimates and Pricing
Free estimates are provided based on the information you give us and, where applicable, a property assessment. Final pricing may vary from an initial estimate if actual site conditions differ from what was described (for example, surface condition, accessibility, or square footage). We will communicate any pricing changes before beginning work whenever possible.
Booking and Scheduling
Services may be booked by phone, through our website contact/quote form, or through online booking where available. Appointment times are estimates and may shift due to weather, prior jobs running long, or circumstances outside our control. We’ll do our best to notify you promptly of any schedule changes.
Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:

- Check
- Money order
- Credit and debit card
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of service. For membership plan customers, billing terms are outlined in your membership agreement. Returned checks or declined payments may be subject to an additional processing fee.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand plans change. We ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. All Spray reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety conditions, or circumstances beyond our control at no charge to you.
Property Access and Preparation
You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property and service area, including access to an exterior water source and power where required. Please remove or secure fragile items, vehicles, patio furniture, and pets from the work area before your scheduled appointment. All Spray is not responsible for items left in or near the work area that were not disclosed or relocated prior to service.
Weather and Delays
Power washing, deck staining, and snow removal are weather-dependent services. All Spray may delay or reschedule service due to rain, extreme temperatures, wind, or other conditions that could affect the quality or safety of the work. We’ll communicate promptly if your appointment needs to move.
Property Condition and Pre-Existing Damage
Older or deteriorated surfaces (siding, decking, paint, mortar, roofing materials, etc.) may be more susceptible to damage from cleaning, even when industry-standard techniques and pressures are used. Where practical, we will discuss visible risk factors with you before beginning work. All Spray is not responsible for damage related to pre-existing conditions, deferred maintenance, or defects that were not reasonably visible or disclosed prior to service.
Damage Claims
If you believe your property was damaged as a result of our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can review the issue. Please do not attempt repairs before contacting us, as this may affect our ability to assess the claim.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Spray’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. All Spray is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or diminished property value, except where such limitation is not permitted by Iowa law.
Membership Program
Residential and commercial membership plans are subject to the specific terms, service frequency, and pricing described at the time of enrollment. Membership discounts and add-ons, including any “additional property” discount, apply only as described on the membership page at the time of sign-up.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of All Spray Power Washing Services LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation.
Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, such as review platforms or directories. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iowa.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
